This Privacy Policy explains how BeeVibes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use
BreenLine: Lock Path Puzzle (“Path Puzzle,” package identifier
com.beevibes.breenline) and its product website.
1. Information stored by the game
Path Puzzle does not require an account and does not operate a cloud-save service. The following game data is created and stored locally in the app’s private storage on your device:
- chapter and level progress, solved patterns, stars, lives, day and win streaks, and daily-challenge status;
- virtual currency and Recall balances, reward history, achievements, unlocked themes, and selected cosmetics;
- sound, haptic, notification, language, tutorial, accessibility, and advertising-consent settings; and
- local timestamps, a device-install security secret, and integrity values used for daily lives and challenges, progression, reward consistency, and detecting accidental corruption or manipulation; and
- a rolling diagnostic record of about the last 100 touch events, containing only time, input phase, pointer count, board size, layout version, trace length, and reason codes. It does not contain touch coordinates, pattern nodes, advertising identifiers, or personal information.
We do not receive this local game data on our servers. It normally remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. The diagnostic file leaves the device only if you deliberately use “Share touch diagnostics” and choose a destination in the operating-system share sheet; Path Puzzle never uploads it automatically.
2. Advertising and third-party processing
Path Puzzle uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show banner advertisements on the Hub and Chapter Map and to offer optional rewarded advertisements. On each launch, UMP refreshes the privacy choices that apply in the user's region before ads may be requested and shows a consent form where required. Path Puzzle does not ask for or store a user's age or date of birth. Banner requests begin only after UMP reports that ads may be requested. Watching a rewarded ad is always voluntary.
Ads-enabled Android and iOS builds include Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform. Internal or closed-test builds use Google's official test ad identifiers and do not use production advertising inventory. The exact store privacy disclosures must match the build distributed on that platform.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google’s configuration, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as:
- device or app identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and app set ID where available;
- IP address and general information inferred from it;
- advertising interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information; and
- device information used to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Google acts as an independent third-party service provider for this processing. On both iOS and Android, Path Puzzle configures the advertising SDK for G-rated content, disables publisher-requested ad personalization and publisher first-party identifiers, and requests only non-personalized or limited ads subject to the user's UMP choices and Google's available inventory. On iOS, Path Puzzle does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not request access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Learn more through the Google Privacy Policy, Google's Android data disclosure, and Google's iOS data disclosure.
3. Permissions and device access
Ads-enabled Android and iOS versions use internet access to load banner and rewarded advertisements and related consent information. Google Mobile Ads dependencies may declare platform advertising identifiers or Android Privacy Sandbox ad-services permissions used for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Path Puzzle does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or files.
If you opt in to the daily reminder, the operating system may request notification permission. Path Puzzle schedules a local reminder for approximately 12:45 in your current local time. The operating system may delay delivery. Notification preferences and schedules remain on the device, and receiving or tapping a notification does not grant a game reward.
4. What we do not collect
The core game does not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, precise location, payment information, photos, microphone recordings, or user-generated content. There is no Path Puzzle account system and no direct in-app purchase system in the current version.
5. Purposes of processing
Information described in this policy is used to:
- operate the game, save local progress, calculate rewards, and restore your settings;
- provide banner advertising and optional rewarded advertising;
- manage privacy and advertising-consent choices;
- measure ad delivery, diagnose ad-related failures, maintain security, and prevent fraud; and
- respond to support or privacy messages you choose to send by email.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Local gameplay data is not transmitted to BeeVibes automatically. If you deliberately share the sanitized touch-diagnostic file, the recipient or service you select in the operating-system share sheet will process that file. Information handled by Google’s advertising and consent services may be shared or processed as described in Google’s policies and according to your consent choices.
If you email us, your email provider and ours will process your address and message. We use that information only to respond, maintain necessary support records, protect our rights, or meet legal obligations.
7. Retention and deletion
Local game data is retained on your device for as long as the app data remains installed. You can delete it by using your operating system’s “Clear storage/data” control or by uninstalling Path Puzzle. Because Path Puzzle has no user accounts or cloud save, there is no separate account-deletion process.
Google retains advertising information under its own retention rules. Messages sent to our support address are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain security records, or comply with law.
8. Your choices and rights
You can decline optional rewarded ads and, where available, reopen the in-app “Privacy and cookie settings” form to review advertising choices. On Android, you can also reset or delete the device’s Advertising ID. On either platform, you can clear all local game data through the operating system.
To report an inappropriate advertisement, use “Report an inappropriate ad” in Settings. It opens an email addressed to info@beevibes.com with the app version, platform, device model, and approximate time; it does not add an advertising or device identifier. If email is unavailable, the app opens the advertising report instructions on our support page.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need enough information to verify and respond to it; however, we cannot retrieve local gameplay data that never leaves your device.
9. Children’s privacy
Path Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not designed or marketed specifically for children and is not enrolled in Apple's Kids category or Google Play's Families program. An App Store content rating describes content suitability; it does not mean the product is a Kids-category app. The Google Play target audience for the current ads-enabled release is ages 13 and over (13–15, 16–17, and 18+). Path Puzzle does not ask for a user's age or date of birth. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Security and international processing
Local progress is stored within the app’s private device storage. The SQLite game database is not encrypted with SQLCipher. Reward-related state is protected with integrity checks based on an installation-specific secret stored through the operating system's secure-storage facilities; these checks detect some unauthorized changes but do not encrypt the database or provide absolute protection on a rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise compromised device. Network communication performed by third-party services is subject to their security practices.
Google or email service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their published safeguards and applicable law.
11. This website
This promotional website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, contact forms, or cookies. The language switch works only in your current browser page and is not saved by this site. The hosting provider may automatically process limited server-log information, such as IP address, request time, requested page, and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice in the app, store listing, or website.
